About Mind In The Loop

Hello, I am Riccardo, CTO, AI practitioner and your guide at the frontier of this transformation. I have been working with AI long before it became mainstream. It all started at university, where I was pushing kernels into graphics cards to accelerate computation in the pioneering GPGPU era, when you had to trick the GPU into thinking it was drawing triangles while it was actually solving scientific problems.

Today, I channel that same curiosity into strategic vision and real-world AI applications.

Why Mind In The Loop?

Mind In The Loop exists for one reason: to cut through the noise and deliver a practitioner’s perspective on AI and technology honest, grounded and always thinking one step ahead.

I cover what enterprises are really experiencing on the ground and what this transformation ultimately means for builders, leaders and all of us navigating it.

I also explore the human side of this revolution the psychology of change, the anxiety and opportunity it creates and how we as individuals and organisations can prepare ourselves to embrace a future that is arriving faster than most of us expected.

The name

The phrase carries two meanings intentionally.

First, it is a nod to human in the loop: the idea that humans remain essential in AI systems, not as a limitation, but as a feature. Second, it is a promise to you: I will keep your mind in the loop on what actually matters at the AI frontier.
